I’ve been decorating my room over the holiday season and, during a period of about two months, I’ve purchased about 5 or 6 shower curtains from Amazon. Each one, I feel a certain dissatisfaction toward. I wish I just wasn’t this fixated on minute details like these. It’s honestly been sort of a waste of money. I did, however, donate a few of these shower curtains to Goodwill, so at least there’s a good cause there.
Speaking of Goodwill, I’ve been finding myself making my way toward thrift shopping more and more. There are many thrift shops in Los Angeles. I’m the type of person who really doesn’t have an immense need for brand new items. I’m not a germaphobe nor am I an art historian who cares about the origin of an item. It really just has to look good. I should really learn to take advantage of thrifting more and more instead of buying items on Amazon, which can get really expensive.
