There’s so many great words in the English language and most people simply know the definition of them but lack the proper ability to use them. I think that’s such a shame. There’s nothing that brings more delight in this world than the precise use of language.
Yet, currently there’s no tool on the market that helps one to learn vocabulary in a profound way. I think the best way to learn as of now is to converse in a meaningful way with another human being. However, that’s not necessarily the best way to go about it if it’s difficult to find people who possess the proper word bank to satisfy your cravings.
Vocabulary is an essential part of communication. Within the academic realm, people often say we use words that are too big, that there’s a form of snobbery to it all with college professors. However, words are meant to be used and it is only through their usage that their legacy and meaning get passed down.
